Join our community the first Friday of every month for an evening by candlelight to relax your mind & body as your spirit receives vibrational healing & connection in a sound bath circle. You will also receive a take home gift! RELAX and RECEIVE starting Friday April 7, 2023.

COMMUNITY CANDLELIGHT SOUND BATH
RELAX & RECEIVE
Join our community for an evening by candlelight to relax your mind & body as your spirit receives vibrational healing & connection in a sound bath circle. In this safe and supportive space, you will invite gravity to take hold of your physical body and allow Mother Earth to nurture every cell of your being as the vibrational frequencies of your sound massage and healing transpire. You will be held and restored. You will also receive a take home gift.

WHAT TO BRING:
Your beautiful Self, an open heart and water bottle. You can also bring a journal and pen if you want to write about your experience.
They are blankets and meditation pillows available at Pillar Of light. I want you to be super comfortable and you may want to bring your own blanket, pillow any crystals that you want to support you during your experience. Will be laying down most of the time. See you then!
