Our retreat, "Spring Into Your Body: An immersion of reconnecting to your essential self through this Spring! " is designed to guide you on a transformative journey where you'll discover the significance of the Wood element and its impact on your well-being, how you transition into the season itself through your body, your lifestyle and your soul.
Your guides, Jeanie Baker and Kas Mueller have a soul connection bond and together they will lead you on a deep journey into the depths of your spirit, helping you find the leader and teacher within yourself. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your inner wisdom and cultivate a sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.
As we embrace spring's renewing energy, we'll also explore natural detox methods that support your body's transition into the season of growth and renewal. Discover acupuncture points, guasha techniques and oils that aid in the gentle transition of liver erratic energy into a soothing spring fluidness , promoting balance and vitality. Our activities will also aid in the cultivation of your body's renewal.
During this retreat, you'll explore the ancient wisdom of the Wood element, a vital component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is closely associated with spring's abundant energy. We'll use yoga as a powerful tool to help you harmonize your body with the changing seasons and pair that with acupunctures ancient balancing secrets combined with sound frequency healing bath immersions to harmonize the inner and outer and on a cellular level.
